Create a report to show users' status history (App)
App > Analytics > Report library > Create a report to show users' status history (App)
This article explains how to create a report that shows the status history of your users.
Steps
See the screenshot below for an example of the completed report. This report uses the User Status History data source.
Continue reading this section for steps on how to create the report.
Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
Navigate to Analytics.
3. Click the New Report button in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Provide a name for the report in the pop-up modal and choose the User Status History data source.
Once you’ve created the report, you’re ready to configure the groups and fields to retrieve a list of user status history changes.
5. In the Columns tab, select the following columns for the report:
User Name
Start Time
End Time
Status
Status Type
Duration
6. On the duration column, click the f(x) icon and select the Format as Time() function. This will change this column to display as a time value instead of an integer value.
7. At the top of the screen, click the Filters button. With a filter, you can specify the time range to retrieve user status history records from. For the purposes of this article, we’ll select End of Yesterday (meaning all user status changes today), but you can choose any option that makes sense for your circumstances.
8. Click Build. Then, click the Save icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
The resulting report shows a list of every status change for every user in the specified time frame.
