Search for a contact in Contacts (App)

This article explains how to search for a contact in Contacts in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Click Contacts.

3. Select Individuals or Company from the contacts workspace dropdown.

4. Type any piece of information contained in any field for an individual or company, then click enter to see contacts with matching information. This includes custom fields in Contacts.
