You’re able to accept interactions when you meet the following criteria:
You’re logged into a queue
Your CX status is logged in
Your status is set as available
Once these criteria have been met, you can receive an interaction at any time. This article explains how to accept an interaction.

Steps
1. Once you’re logged into a queue, wait until you receive an interaction.
2. When you receive an interaction, you’ll be notified with a ringing sound and a bar on the top of your screen.
3. Click the Accept button to accept the interaction.
