Clone a completed interaction

This article explains how to clone a completed interaction in App.
Steps
Steps
1. From a completed interaction, click the clone button.
2. The Clone Interaction box will appear. You are able to modify the following fields:
Subject
Name
Phone
Email
Queue
Interaction Type
3. Click Create to complete the cloning process. This will automatically connect you with the new interaction.
