App > Queue > Interactions > Hang up a call on an interaction (App)

This article explains how to hang up a call on an interaction in App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Navigate to the interaction controls.

3. Click the hang up button.

Note: The interaction is still open and active, but the voice call has been disconnected.
