This article explains how to modify a customer's contact details in App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Navigate to the customer contact details.

3. Click into the name field.

4. Enter the customer's name.

5. Click into the phone number field.

6. Enter the customer's phone number.

7. Click into the email field.

8. Enter the customer's email address.

9. Proceed with the interaction.
