Overview: WebRTC Audio container in Call Settings (App)
App > Settings > Call Settings > Overview: WebRTC Audio container in Profile Settings (App)
This article provides an overview of the WebRTC Audio container Call Settings.
Overview
The WebRTC Audio container in Call Settings lets you change WebRTC (softphone) settings.
In App, navigate to Settings > Edit Profile > Call Settings > WebRTC Audio container.
The softphone (webRTC) allows you to manage phone calls through your computer instead of through a physical desk phone. This lets you work from anywhere as long as you have access to App.

This setting defaults to ‘disabled’ because this feature doesn’t apply to all users. Read the Enable or disable WebHID article to manage these settings.
