Route calls to softphone (App)

App > Settings > Call Settings > Route calls to softphone (App)

This article explains how to route calls to softphone in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Select Edit Profile.

4. Click the Call Settings tab.

5. Navigate to the Voice container.

6. Open the Extension Calls Route To dropdown and select Endpoints.

7. Open the Queue / Ring Group Calls Route To menu and select Endpoints.

8. Click Save.
