Enable or disable voicemail email joke in Profile (App)

This article explains how to enable or disable the joke posted at the bottom of voicemail email notifications when someone leaves you a voicemail for App. 

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Click Edit Profile.

4. Click the Profile tab.

5. Navigate to the Voicemail container.

6. Click the Email Joke Enabled toggle:

• Enable (green):  This turns on the posting a joke at the bottom of voicemail emails. When using this setting, you also need to enable the voicemail enabled toggle and email enabled toggle.

• Disable (red): This turns off email notifications.

7. Notice the toggle changes color.

8. Click the Save button.
