Enable or disable voicemail transcription in emails in Profile (App)
App > Settings > Profile Settings > Enable or disable voicemail transcription in emails in Profile (App)
This article explains how to enable or disable voicemail transcriptions within your notification emails when someone leaves you a voicemail for App.Â
Steps
1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Open the Settings menu.
3. Click Edit Profile.
4. Click the Profile tab.
5. Navigate to the Voicemail container.
6. Click the Transcribe Enabled toggle.
Enable (green): This turns on voicemail transcription in email notifications. When using this setting, you also need to enable the voicemail enabled toggle and email enabled toggle.
Disable (red): This turns off voicemail transcription in email notifications.
7. Notice the toggle changes color.
8. Click the Save button.
