Download a voicemail (App)

This article explains how to download a voicemail in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click the voicemail tab.

4. Search or scroll to the voice message you want to download to your computer.

5. Click the download voicemail button.

6. The file populates in your computer's downloads.
