Listen to a voicemail (App)

This article explains how to listen to a voicemail in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click the voicemail tab.

4. Search or scroll to the voice message you want to listen to.

5. Click the play voicemail button.
