Disable an IP endpoint (Console)
Console > Account > IP Endpoints > Disable an IP endpoint (Console)
This article explains how to disable an IP endpoint in Console.
Note: Disabling an IP endpoint is permanent. It can’t be recovered once it’s deleted. Once an endpoint is disabled, the endpoint disappears as an item in your IP Endpoints list in Console.
Steps
1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Account > IP Endpoints.
3. Select the IP Endpoint you want to enable or disable.
4. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Endpoint Settings container.
5. Scroll down to the Status toggle. Toggling the status to red disables the endpoint.
When the Status toggle is green, the endpoint is enabled.
When the Status toggle is red, the endpoint is disabled.
6. After toggling the status to red (disabled), click Save.
7. You’ll be presented with a modal asking to confirm your decision. Click Yes if you want to disable the endpoint.
