Create a content article (Console)

Console > CX > Content > Create a content article (Console)

This article explains how to create a content article in Console.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to CX > Content.

3. Click the New Content button in the top-right corner of the screen.

4. Format the content, making sure to add:

5. In the Type dropdown, select the type of content.

6. In the Sub category field, provide a sub category.

7. In the Tags field, provide any tags to associate with the content.

8. Once you’re satisfied with your content, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen.

9. After you save the article, you’ll see the final product as your queue users will see it.
