Configure your email domain (Console)
Console > CX > Email Configuration > Configure your email domain (Console)
This article explains how to configure your email domain in your Avaya.cx account in Console.
Adding your domain to Email Configuration in Console lets you verify an entire email domain (like @your_company.com) that you own, foregoing the need to verify any future email addresses part of the same domain.

Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
Navigate to CX > Email Configuration.
3. Click the Domain tab.
4. Click New Email Domain (paper with plus sign) icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
5. Enter your domain into the Domain modal, then click Save.
The new domain page will open.
6. Follow the steps in the domain verification container.
7. Click Verify.
