Modify or remove status on the Update Interaction module (Console)

This article explains how to modify or remove the status of the session when configuring the Update Interaction module in Workflows in Console. 

You can use the module to:

• Modify status 

• Remove status

Modify status

1. Double click the Update Interaction module needing phone details modified.

2. Navigate to the Status section of the configurations.

3. Open the Action menu.

4. Select the appropriate options from the list.

5. Click the Save button.

Remove status

1. Double click the Update Interaction module needing phone details modified.

2. Navigate to the Status section of the configurations.

3. Open the Action menu.

4. Select the -- (dashes) option from the list

5. Click the Save button.
