Overview: End workflow module (Console)

This article explains the function and implementation process of using the End module in the Workflows tool of Console. 

Overview

The End workflow module terminates the workflow session. All workflows must include an End module to cease processing of the workflow (excluding those that end with a Transfer module). Attempting to publish a workflow without an End module will result in an error prompting you to make sure all modules are properly linked.

The only configurable option for an End module is the Remove Script UI toggle. When enabled, this toggle removes the Script tab within a queue user’s view of a customer interaction in App when the workflow ends by arriving at the End module.
