This article provides an overview of the Hang Up workflow module in Console.

The Hang Up workflow module ends a phone call that’s active on a workflow session. This allows the workflow to proceed after having created a phone call. 

Common use cases

This module is most often used in conjunction with the Create Call module. We recommend using this module in workflows where a call is created to ensure that the phone call hangs up elegantly. This module is most often used when you want a workflow to continue following the termination of a phone call.
