Chat

You can now save messages in direct messages and channels. Simply hover over a message to display the quick actions menu, then select Save Message.

Saved messages...

Are only available to you. This means other users can’t view your saved messages.
Can be viewed by clicking Saved Messages in the channel list or by clicking the Ribbon icon in the channel header.
- - Clicking Saved Messages in the channel list opens all of your saved messages across all channels. Clicking the Ribbon icon in a channel header opens the saved messages just for that channel.
  - Clicking on a saved message opens the message in the main chat feed. This shows its place in the feed and gives context surrounding the message.
Have a highlighted border and background color to differentiate them from normal messages.
Function just like normal messages, so you can still add emoji reactions, and everything else.

Chat

When muting or unmuting a channel or direct message on Edify Mobile, the web app will be updated immediately without needing to be refreshed. The muted or unmuted status of the channel will be shown in the channel list.
Updated validation on Access Keys for channels and direct messages not to allow fewer than six numbers and for PINs not to allow fewer than four numbers.

Queue

Speed improvements to Q Login/out for users with lots of queues.
To assist users with computer hardware limitations, they can completely turn off interaction updates for other users' interactions. To do this set the home list refresh value to Off. This will stop the Home list from updating. However, it will not impact your interactions in any way.

Analytics

You can now edit chart names from the Dashboard container instead of having to open the report to edit it.
You can now rename report column names.
In a custom report, you can now set date/time fields to the timezone of the report.
