Chat - Emoji reactions
You can now add emoji reactions to messages in direct messages and channels. See Add or remove emoji reactions in Chat (Edify App).
Hover over emoji reactions to display a list of users who reacted with each emoji.
Hover over the message and select the View Reactions icon from the Message Actions popup to open a modal with tabs that shows each user’s reaction.
Note: You can also open this modal by hovering over an emoji reaction with more than 10 reactions and clicking View all reactions.
If there are more than two lines of emoji reactions, the number of hidden emoji reactions will be stated followed by the word more. Click on it to view additional emoji reactions.
Queue - Queue card
When transferring an interaction to another queue, you’ll now notice stats for each available queue. This is a nice feature added to Queue transfer because this is how you can see the activity of that queue before you decide to proceed with the transfer. So, you could decide to transfer to the queue you want or to pick another queue that is less busy and has more people available to handle the interaction you’re about to transfer over. Each Queue card that populates in the queue transfer list will now include the following stats:

Number of Callbacks
Active Agents

In Workflows the Create Interaction module now allows users to add interaction fields that are not in the predefined dropdown list. This matches the Update Interaction functionality.
On interactions, a new date/time picker will display in Custom Fields that are setup as input field=text and dataType = timeStamp. This was previously a text input field.
Analytics
We are now filtering out array and html field types from being selected for big number charts.
