Create a big number chart (App)
This article explains how to create a big number chart in App.
Steps
1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Analytics.
3. Select the report you’d like to create the pie chart for. For the purposes of this guide, we’re using the report: Waiting interactions.

4. Click the vertical tri-dot icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Then, click Edit.
5. In the New Chart modal...
Provide a name for the chart
Select Big Number as the chart type
Click Save.
6. In the left sidebar, click the dropdown selector and choose the numerical value to use as the number in the big number chart.
When no value is present, the chart appears with a dash to indicate it’s empty:
Otherwise, the chart shows the number in the report.
7. Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen to save your chart.
