Configure a user's voice settings (Console)

This article explains how to configure a user’s voice settings in Console.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Users.

3. Select the user whose voice settings you want to configure.

4. Navigate to the Voice container.

5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Voice container.

6. Configure any of the settings you meet your requirements.

7. Click the Save button in the bottom-right corner of the container to save your changes or the x button in the top-right corner to cancel.
