Enable or disable queue Access and Auto Login in Users (Console)
This article explains how to enable or disable a user’s access to a queue.
Follow this guide when you want to add a user to a queue or remove a user from a queue and control whether or not a user is automatically logged into a queue when they enable their CX status.
Steps
1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Account > Users.
3. Select the user you want to enable or disable queue access for.
4. Scroll down to the Queue Permissions container.
5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.
6. Scroll to the queue(s) you'd like to enable or disable queue access for.
7. Use the Access toggle to grant or deny the user access to the queue.
Enabled - The user has access to the queue.
Disabled - The user doesn’t have access to the queue.
8. Click the Auto Login toggle to specify if the user will automatically be logged into the queue when they enable CX status.
Enabled - The user will automatically be logged into the queue when they enable CX status.
Disabled - The user will have to manually log into a queue after enabling CX status.
9. Click Save.
