Modify a user's Salesforce or Zendesk connection ID (Console)
This article explains how to modify a user’s Salesforce or Zendesk connection ID in Console.

Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
Navigate to Account > Users.
3. Select the user whose Salesforce or Zendesk connection ID you want to modify.
4. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Connections container.
5. For either the Salesforce field or the Zendesk field, click into the Connection Id field.
6. Enter the connection ID for either Salesforce or Zendesk into the Connection ID field.
7. Click Save to save your changes or the x button in the top-right corner of the container to cancel.
