Create an object (Console)
This article explains how to create an object in Console.

What is an object?
The Objects workspace is where you can create and modify data objects. A data object is a digital container that holds specific pieces of information about something, like a customer, a company, or an interaction. You can't currently delete objects that you create.

Also, to create or modify an object, you'll first need access to the Objects workspace. So, reference enable or disable a user's Objects access to ensure you have the right access level to work in this workspace.
Steps
1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Objects.
3. Click the New Object button in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Provide a name for the object. The API name will automatically generate below the name you input, although you may modify it if you wish. Click Save when you’re satisfied with the name.
5. You’ll be presented with the Object details tab.
